The purpose of the Candidate Referral Bonus scheme is to provide a cash incentive to our staff and parents who brings new talent to the organisation by referring applicants who are subsequently selected and successfully employed.
When you recommends an individual for a valid opening, and the referral is hired as an employee, a referral bonus of £50 will be paid when new employee has successfully completed their probation period.
No limit is made to the number of referral fees paid, provided they meet the above criteria. In the event that more than one employee recommends the same person, the referral fee will be paid to the employee who filed the recommendation first.
